Sanctuary Group is looking for an Estate Technician to join our Voids team in the North East. You will clear and prepare void properties, including gardening tasks, to return them to lettable standard promptly.
The role requires caretaking and cleaning experience, strong customer care, and knowledge of health and safety. A full valid UK manual driving licence is essential, and training will be provided.

We are looking for an Estate Technician to join our Voids team in the North East area. For this role you will be responsible for clearing and final clearing for voids properties. This includes clearing, cutting grass, pruning and landscape works to void gardens and assisting the wider void team to enable properties are handed back to the lettable standard in a timely manner.
The ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate that they are able to adapt to the demands, challenges and changes of the role whilst showing confidence to work within a customer-based environment. Appropriate and additional training will be given to the successful candidate to ensure they are competent to carry out their role.
