Job summary

Education Impact Academy Trust is seeking a Site Supervisor to help develop and maintain our estate so that students and staff benefit from safer, improved environments. The role is primarily based at Wilson Stuart School and The Hive College, with some travel between Trust premises required.

The successful candidate will have site experience, strong knowledge of health and safety legislation, and a proactive, team‑oriented approach. 36.5 hours per week, all year round, with shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in a site role and estates management.
• Excellent knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and compliance.
• Proactive, able to prioritise and resolve issues.
• Excellent team player and collaboration with staff.
• Clean driving licence advantageous for travel between sites.

Responsibilities

• Oversee estate development and maintenance to improve learning environments.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and safety standards.
• Work as part of the Trust Estates team across sites.
• Travel between Trust premises as required (driving licence advantageous).
