Job summary

Teaching Vacancies seeks a Site Supervisor to oversee grounds, facilities and safety across Wilson Stuart School and The Hive College. The role focuses on maintaining safe, welcoming environments for students with SEND and staff across Trust premises.

The successful candidate will join the Trust Central Estates Team, based primarily at Wilson Stuart School and Hive College (B23 7AT) with occasional work at other Trust sites. DBS checks apply.

Qualifications

• Have experience of working in a site role.
• Have an excellent working knowledge of relevant Health and Safety legislation with practical experience of ensuring compliance.
• Have a proactive approach and be able to prioritise and address issues identified.
• Be an excellent team player and able to work with a range of staff colleagues.
• Have a commitment to working with students with SEND and an appreciation of how important the right environment is for them to flourish.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and estate improvements to support students and staff.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation across all sites.
• Collaborate with the Trust Estates team to share ideas and solutions.
• Deploy flexible staffing and resources across Wilson Stuart School and Hive College as required.
