The Methodist Church in Britain seeks an experienced Estates professional to lead refurbishment, redevelopment, extension and construction projects across care homes, retirement living, and corporate premises. You will manage projects from feasibility to handover, coordinating multiple schemes in occupied environments with a focus on safety, programme and budget adherence.

• Proven experience managing construction, refurbishment, redevelopment or capital projects.
• Experience across multiple projects in varied property portfolios.
• Experience working in occupied/live operational environments.

Responsabilidades

• Manage refurbishment, redevelopment, extension and construction projects from feasibility to final account.
• Handle multiple projects across care homes, retirement living, supported living, children's services and corporate premises.
• Ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards.
• Prepare feasibility studies, specifications, briefs and tender documents.
• Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, designers and consultants for quality and value.
• Lead planning, Building Control and local authority approvals.
• Monitor programmes, risks, budgets and change control.
• Conduct site visits, progress meetings and quality inspections.
• Ensure works comply with Health & Safety, CDM, fire safety and Building Regulations.
• Minimise disruption in live environments and maintain safe working practices.
• Provide progress, financial and risk updates to senior stakeholders.
• Ensure documentation, warranties and O&M manuals are handed over at completion.
