Job summary

Agincare is seeking an Estates Project Manager to lead refurbishment, redevelopment, extension and construction projects across care homes, retirement living schemes and corporate premises. You will travel across a broad portfolio, delivering projects safely, on time and within budget while coordinating contractors and consultants.

Based at times at the Portland head office with regular site visits, the role requires strong stakeholder communication, budgeting, planning and regulatory compliance

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing refurbishment, redevelopment or capital projects.
• Strong contractor management, procurement and negotiation skills.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects across varied property portfolios.
• Excellent budgeting, value-for-money and cost-control abilities.
• Capable of managing stakeholders and reporting to senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Manage refurbishment, redevelopment, extension and construction projects from inception to completion.
• Prepare feasibility studies, briefs and tender documentation.
• Coordinate contractors, designers and consultants across locations.
• Oversee projects through feasibility, budgeting, procurement, delivery and handover.
• Ensure safety, programme, budget and quality compliance throughout.
• Lead planning, Building Control and local authority approvals.
• Monitor programmes, budgets and change control.
