Agincare Weymouth is seeking an Estates Project Manager to lead refurbishment, redevelopment, extension and construction projects across our care homes, retirement living schemes and corporate premises.

You will coordinate contractors, consultants and operational teams, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to exacting standards, with regular site visits and travel across regions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing construction, refurbishment, redevelopment or capital projects.
• Strong understanding of contractor management, procurement processes and commercial negotiations.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously across varied property portfolios.
• Knowledge of project budgeting, cost control and achieving best value outcomes.
• Confident managing external contractors, consultants and stakeholder relationships.
• Strong understanding of Health & Safety legislation, CDM Regulations, Fire Safety requirements and Building Regulations.

Responsabilités

• Manage refurbishment, redevelopment, extension and construction projects from inception through to completion.
• Prepare feasibility studies, project specifications, client briefs, design briefs and tender documentation.
• Coordinate and oversee contractors, subcontractors, designers and professional consultants.
• Manage projects through all stages including feasibility, budgeting, procurement, delivery, commissioning, handover and final account agreement.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, within approved budgets and to agreed quality standards.
• Lead Planning, Building Control and local authority approval processes.
• Monitor project programmes, risks, budgets and change control processes.
• Conduct regular site visits, progress meetings and quality inspections across multiple locations.
