Job summary

QinetiQ Estates is seeking an experienced Projects Manager to lead UK-wide estates initiatives, delivering from planning to execution across refurbishment, maintenance and new build works.

You will manage project teams, budgets, and procurement, embedding health and safety culture while coordinating with external consultants and internal stakeholders. The role requires knowledge of RIBA stages, Building Regulations, and CDM.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering estates or construction projects from planning through delivery.
• Knowledge of Building Regulations, CDM Regulations (CDM 2015).
• Experience leading project teams and managing budgets and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Organise the Estates projects, the project team and its delivery.
• Integrate the project team within the business and embed health and safety culture.
• Define and maintain the overall aims, priorities and scope of the project.
• Define and secure a budget (Business Case approval) and manage delivery within the cost plan.
• Manage external consultants and their appointments via the procurement team.
• Manage project documentation, including change control.
