Job summary

SMART Schools Trust is seeking an experienced Estates and Facilities Lead based in Liskeard to head the Trust’s estates function. The role sits within the Trust Operational Leadership Team and regularly advises the Executive Team of the South East Cornwall Multi Academy Regional Trust.

• Extensive experience leading estates and facilities in a multi-site education trust.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Relevant health and safety qualifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead estates and facilities across the Trust and advise the Executive Team.
• Work with Shared Services and co-locate with schools as needed.
• Oversee travel between sites in South East Cornwall.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety and safeguarding policies.
