Job summary

South East Cornwall Multi Academy Regional Trust is seeking a senior leader to head our estates and facilities function. Based in Liskeard with regular travel to schools across the trust, you will join the Trust Operational Leadership Team and advise the Executive Team on strategic estates decisions.

The role requires extensive estates and facilities experience, with leadership skills and relevant health and safety qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead estates and facilities across the Trust and advise the Executive Team.
• Oversee maintenance, safety, and compliance across multiple sites.
• Travel to partner schools within South East Cornwall as required.
