Qualifications

• HNC/D or equivalent in construction/building services.
• Specialist electrical knowledge to degree level or equivalent.
• Membership of a relevant professional body.
• Evidence of ongoing CPD and professional development.
• Full UK Driving Licence and ability to operate across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of Trust buildings and partner sites to ensure safety, efficiency and patient-focused service.
• Plan and manage minor estates schemes and projects, coordinating with contractors, suppliers and planning officers.
• Liaise with operational teams and professionals (contractors, consultants) to deliver multi-site projects.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and CDM requirements; manage contractor relationships and performance.
