Job summary

Lincolnshire Gateway Academies Trust is seeking an experienced Estates Operations Manager to lead our central estates function. You will coordinate estates activity across all Trust sites to ensure buildings are safe, compliant and well maintained.

You will work with the Trust Lead for Estates and operations, providing operational leadership to academy site teams and driving consistent standards and compliance across the Trust. DBS checks and safeguarding are required in line with policy.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities or estates management.
• Strong organisational and people skills.
• Commitment to safeguarding and DBS checks compliance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage estates activity across all Trust sites, ensuring buildings are safe and well maintained.
• Provide operational leadership to academy site teams and ensure consistency of standards and compliance across all sites.
• Comply with safeguarding requirements, DBS checks and pre-employment checks as per policy.
