Job summary

Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a diligent estates support professional to manage assets and scheduled maintenance within the CAFM system. You will provide technical and clerical support to hospital engineers and monitor contractor performance to ensure service delivery meets required standards.

Responsibilities include collecting engineering data, producing reports, and maintaining compliance with Trust and regulatory requirements, while collaborating with teams

Qualifications

• Knowledge of health and safety, and current engineering legislation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical ability to analyse data and prepare reports.

Responsibilities

• Manage estates assets and planned maintenance in CAFM system.
• Provide technical/administrative support to hospital engineers.
• Monitor external contractors’ performance and report to engineers.
