Job summary

The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Estates Support Officer to maintain AutoCAD drawings, carry out surveys and audits, and manage CAFM asset records. The role involves supporting management with data reporting and compliance across mechanical, electrical and building services.

You will learn digital tools rapidly and contribute to risk management, with opportunities to grow within a large healthcare estate.

Qualifications

• Good numeracy and literacy are essential.
• Sound understanding of computerized asset data and information systems.
• Experience with asset data management and reporting is required.
• Proactive CPD and self-learning to adapt tools like AutoCAD, CAFM, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update AutoCAD drawings for estates activities.
• Undertake surveys, audits and risk assessments of assets and infrastructure.
• Collect and submit NHS returns and audits (ERIC, PAM, FOI).
• Manage CAFM and asset records, and perform procurement analysis and reporting.
• Develop KPIs and SLAs and produce compliance reports.
