Job summary

Hartpury University and Hartpury College is seeking a data analyst to help manage, analyse and report estates and operational data. You will transform complex information into actionable insights and collaborate across departments to improve data quality and reporting capabilities.

The role focuses on developing systems to underpin estate management, driving process improvements and ensuring timely, accurate information for decision making.

Job description

  • Play a key role in helping Hartpury make informed decisions through the effective management, analysis and reporting of estates and operational data
  • Support the development and continuous improvement of systems that underpin the management of our diverse campus estate
  • Transform complex information into meaningful insights, reports and dashboards that support operational and strategic decision making
  • Work with colleagues across a variety of departments to improve data quality, enhance reporting capabilities and maximise the value of information available across the organisation
  • Help identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve system performance and drive efficiencies through better use of technology and data
  • Support the monitoring of estate performance, space utilisation, projects and operational activities, ensuring stakeholders have access to accurate and timely information
  • Contribute to the successful management of several key business systems, supporting users and helping to develop more effective ways of working
About You
  • An analytical thinker contributing to identifying trends, solving problems and turning data into actionable insights
  • Confident working with large datasets and presenting information in a clear and accessible way
  • Organised, with excellent attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and quality
  • Comfortable using a range of digital tools and systems and keen to explore new technologies and innovative solutions
