Job summary

Hartpury University and Hartpury College is seeking a data analytics professional to help manage, analyse and report on estates and operational data across a diverse campus. The role supports system development and improvement that underpin estate management, turning complex information into actionable insights through dashboards and reports.

You will work with colleagues across departments to enhance data quality, reporting capabilities and maximise information value while identifying

Responsibilities

  • Play a key role in informing decisions through estates and operational data analysis and reporting.
  • Support development and improvement of systems underpinning campus estate management.
  • Transform complex information into insights, reports and dashboards for decision making.
  • Collaborate with departments to improve data quality and reporting capabilities.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and drive efficiencies via data and tech.
  • Monitor estate performance, space utilisation, projects and activities with timely information.
  • Contribute to managing key business systems, supporting users and improving ways of working.

Job description

  • Play a key role in helping Hartpury make informed decisions through the effective management, analysis and reporting of estates and operational data
  • Support the development and continuous improvement of systems that underpin the management of our diverse campus estate
  • Transform complex information into meaningful insights, reports and dashboards that support operational and strategic decision making
  • Work with colleagues across a variety of departments to improve data quality, enhance reporting capabilities and maximise the value of information available across the organisation
  • Help identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve system performance and drive efficiencies through better use of technology and data
  • Support the monitoring of estate performance, space utilisation, projects and operational activities, ensuring stakeholders have access to accurate and timely information
  • Contribute to the successful management of several key business systems, supporting users and helping to develop more effective ways of working
