Job summary

Reed is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Estates & Capital Projects in Tadworth, Surrey. The role focuses on delivering building improvements, refurbishments, and compliance initiatives, overseeing projects from concept to completion to meet time and budget targets.

Reporting to the Head of Estates & Health & Safety, you will coordinate contractors and stakeholders, ensure CDM and health & safety compliance, and line-manage an Associate Project Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, refurbishment, or estates projects.
• Strong budgeting and contractor management.
• Knowledge of health and safety legislation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent organisation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage capital and small works projects across the estate.
• Define project scope, budgets and delivery timescales.
• Coordinate contractors, consultants and stakeholders.
• Monitor budgets, risks and performance outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety and CDM regs.
• Manage contractor vetting and inductions.
• Maintain project documentation and governance records.
• Line manage and support an Associate Project Manager.
