Job summary

Reed is seeking a proactive Project Manager to lead estates and capital projects in Tadworth, Surrey. This 30-hour-per-week role offers hybrid working (80% office-based) and a salary of £41,999 per year (£33,599 pro rata).

You will oversee projects from conception to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and in line with safeguarding requirements. The role also includes line management of an Associate Project Manager and collaboration with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Previous experience managing construction, refurbishment or estates-related projects.
• Strong budgeting, contractor management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Sound understanding of health & safety legislation and compliance requirements.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with operational teams and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage capital and small works projects across the estate.

• Monitor project budgets, risks and performance outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, CDM regulations and statutory requirements.

Are you an experienced Project Manager looking for a meaningful role where your work will directly support children and young people? We are seeking a proactive and organised Project Manager to lead a variety of estates and capital projects, from building improvements and refurbishments through to policy development and compliance initiatives.

Reporting to the Head of Estates & Health & Safety, you will oversee projects from conception to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and in line with health, safety and safeguarding requirements.
