Job summary

Reed is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead estates and capital projects in Tadworth, Surrey. The role supports children and young people, overseeing projects from concept to completion with a focus on safety, governance and timely delivery.

The position is 30 hours per week with hybrid working (80% office-based). Salary is £41,999 per annum (£33,599 pro rata), offering development opportunities and a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing construction, refurbishment or estates projects.
• Strong budgeting, contractor management and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage capital and small works projects across the estate.
• Define project scope, specifications, budgets and delivery timescales.
• Coordinate contractors, consultants and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project budgets, risks and performance outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, CDM regulations and statutory requirements.
• Manage contractor vetting, inductions and performance.
• Maintain project documentation, risk registers and governance records.
• Line manage and support an Associate Project Manager.
