Job summary

Sanctuary Group in Dundee is seeking an Estate Technician to join the team. You will clean and prepare void properties and carry out garden maintenance as part of a responsive service to residents.

Role requires knowledge of health and safety, previous cleaning experience, and a UK driving licence. Training toward relevant qualifications may be provided. Office hours are 8am–4:30pm, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Health and safety regulations knowledge.
• Experience in domestic/cleaning environments.
• Evidence or willingness to obtain BICS or NVQ2 in horticulture.
• Full UK driving licence required for company driving.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and clearing void properties.
• Grounds maintenance including grass/hedge maintenance.
• Responding to complaints and service breakdowns.
• Providing progress updates and keeping daily records.
• Ensuring tools and equipment are maintained and ready.
