Job summary

Sanctuary Maintenance Contractors Limited is seeking an Estate Technician based in Burns Road, Cumbernauld, working 20 hours per week within Estates. You will be responsible for cleaning blocks and carrying out light repairs.

Joining the Property Services team, you will help deliver high-quality estate care, sign off paperwork, maintain safety standards and support tenants and internal clients with responsive service.

Qualifications

• British institute certificate in cleaning services (BICS) or willingness to work towards.
• Experience in caretaking, general cleaning and basic repairs.
• Some practical experience operating hand tools and light machinery.
• Basic reading and writing skills for updating records.

Responsibilities

• Undertake basic repairs, grounds maintenance, caretaking and general cleaning, in accordance with scheme specification.
• Respond positively to complaints and breakdowns in service delivery to meet customer expectations, in accordance with contract specifications and raise complaints as appropriate.
