Lidl Construction Graduate programme offers a paid, 23-month fixed-term contract starting with a region-based first year and London-based second year. The role develops construction and project-management skills across Retail, Logistics and Real Estate teams, with a national scope and a video/face-to-face assessment.
Qualifications include a 2:2 or higher in Real Estate/Engineering/Construction and full UK work eligibility.

Setting the stage for your future, the Lidl Construction Graduate programme allows you to rotate through our real estate and construction departments, learning how we identify, acquire and deliver the best retail sites, that define our customer's shopping experience and drive the success of one of the UK's fastest growing retailers. You'll be solving complex problems in a fast-paced environment, following a structured training programme that allows you to gain real world experience and exposure right from the start of your journey. From planning and project management to operational excellence, you'll develop the skills needed to succeed in one of the UK's most competitive industries, building your expertise from day one.
The process will also include a video interview and face-to-face assessment centre held in our Head Office in Tolworth on 30/11/2026 & 01/12/2026. We look forward to receiving your application.
