Job summary

Dyson Farming Limited is seeking a part-time Property and Estate Administrator to support day-to-day administration of a diverse property portfolio, spanning agricultural buildings, residential properties, commercial units and estate infrastructure.

Reporting to the Rural Asset Manager, you will help ensure our assets are safe, compliant and well-recorded, working closely with tenants, contractors and professional advisers to keep records up to date.

Qualifications

• Strong character and diplomacy when handling wide-ranging duties.
• Background in property management or farming is advantageous but not essential.
• Highly organised and proficient with MS Office applications.
• Professional demeanor and confident communication skills.
• Proactive and flexible approach to work.
• Willing to take ownership and responsibility for tasks.
• Discretion and confidentiality in handling information.
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with colleagues and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Liaising with tenants regarding inspections and property management matters
• Record keeping for property management
• Liaising with other departments within Dyson Farming Limited
• Liaising with contractors for maintenance issues
• Providing additional administrative support as necessary
• Distributing and maintaining company documents
• Handling phone calls, enquiries and requests
• Assisting with meeting and event preparations
• Producing documents and presentations
