Job summary

Dyson Farming Limited is seeking a qualified Property Manager to oversee rural and residential assets, ensuring compliance and value. You will lead planning, budgeting, and development projects while maintaining strong relationships with tenants and contractors.

The role requires MRICS/FAAV or equivalent, a UK driving licence, and proven ability to deliver capital projects with sound financial oversight across a broad portfolio.

Qualifications

• MRICS, FAAV or equivalent professional qualification or level of experience.
• Experience in rural asset, estate or property management with landlord/tenant matters.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and relationship-building.
• Proactive with strong health and safety commitment and high service standards.
• Sound commercial judgement to identify opportunities to improve asset performance and value.
• Experience delivering capital projects and managing budgets, contractors and suppliers.
• Strong planning, organisation, decision-making and problem-solving.
• Confident communicator with diplomacy and sound judgement.
• Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel, and maintaining property records.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and ensure contractual compliance across rural and residential portfolio including lettings and tenancy matters.
• Ensure statutory health and safety, landlord obligations with accurate records.
• Lead planning applications, estate development opportunities and woodland management.
• Drive asset performance and long-term value of the portfolio.
• Manage annual budgeting, monthly reporting and related expenditures.
• Lead property improvement projects from business case to completion.
• Build strong relationships with tenants, guests, colleagues and suppliers.
