Dyson Farming is seeking a Rural Asset Manager to lead tenancy management, estate compliance and asset improvement across a varied rural and residential portfolio. You will manage budgets, drive capital projects and collaborate with the Property Lead to deliver value and sustainability.

The role requires MRICS or FAAV (or equivalent), strong stakeholder skills and a proactive approach with willingness to travel across locations. On-site responsibilities with occasional travel.

Competenze

• MRICS or FAAV (or equivalent) qualification or relevant experience.
• Experience in rural asset, estate or property management and tenancy matters.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Health and safety commitment and high service standards.
• Proven track record delivering capital projects and managing budgets.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with sound judgement.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
