Job summary

Dyson Farming Limited is seeking a Property Lead responsible for the day-to-day management of our diverse property portfolio, including agricultural buildings, residential and commercial units. Reporting to the Rural Asset Manager, you will ensure assets are safe, compliant and well maintained to support the business’s long-term needs.

You will coordinate inspections, budgets and the work of internal teams, contractors and advisers, ensuring records are accurate and projects stay on time and

Qualifications

• Degree-level qualification in Property Management, Rural Estate Management, Surveying, or related discipline.
• Significant experience managing a varied property or estate portfolio.
• Knowledge of property legislation, compliance, and health and safety requirements.
• Experience coordinating inspections and working with contractors or advisers.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management of residential and commercial property portfolio.
• Develop and deliver property maintenance and investment plans aligned with priorities.
• Coordinate inspections, maintenance, and work of internal teams, contractors and advisers.
• Support property budgets, expenditure and cost control, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Procure and manage contractors and suppliers, maintaining service standards.
• Build relationships with tenants, landowners, internal teams and stakeholders.
• Contribute to management of wider estate, including rural and leisure operations.
