Job summary

Dyson Farming is seeking a Property Lead to own day-to-day management of its diverse estate, including agricultural buildings, residential properties, and commercial units. Reporting to the Rural Asset Manager, you will ensure assets are safe, compliant, and well maintained while supporting long-term business needs.

You will work with tenants, contractors, and advisers to deliver maintenance plans, coordinate inspections, manage budgets, and secure service standards.

Qualifications

• Degree-level qualification in Property Management or related field.
• Significant experience managing varied property portfolios.
• Strong knowledge of property legislation and safety requirements.
• Experience coordinating inspections and contractor teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management of residential and commercial property portfolio.
• Develop maintenance and investment plans aligned with business priorities.
• Coordinate inspections and work with internal teams, contractors and advisers.
• Support budgets, expenditure and cost control for projects.
• Procure and manage contractors and suppliers; maintain records.
