Job summary

Dyson Farming is seeking an experienced Property and Estate Administrator to manage day-to-day administration across a diverse portfolio including agricultural buildings and estate infrastructure.

Reporting to the Rural Asset Manager, you will ensure assets are compliant and well-documented, liaising with tenants, contractors, and colleagues. Hours to be discussed at interview. On-site role with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Strong character and personality with diplomacy and patience.
• Background in property management or farming is advantageous but not essential.
• Highly organised and computer literate in MS Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with tenants regarding inspections and property management matters.
• Record keeping for property management and documentation distribution.
• Coordinate with other Dyson Farming departments and external contractors.
• Provide general administrative support as needed.
