Job summary

The Works Stores Ltd. is seeking a Property Projects Coordinator to support change across our store estate, including new stores, refits, relocations, and closures. You will coordinate activity, maintain plans, follow up actions, and keep internal teams, stores, contractors and suppliers connected and informed.

You’ll be at the heart of day-to-day coordination to ensure projects run smoothly and support teams in delivering well-prepared environments for colleagues and customers.

Responsibilities

• Project planning and coordination – Keep project plans, trackers, milestones, actions and dependencies organised and up to date, providing structure and follow-through.
• Stakeholder, supplier and contractor coordination – Bring together stores, internal teams, contractors and suppliers, coordinating activity and ensuring information is available to the right people.
• Project costs and administration – Maintain cost trackers and coordinate quotes, purchase orders and invoice queries with Property and Finance.
• Fixtures, equipment and signage – Coordinate ordering and delivery of fixtures, equipment and signage, tracking progress against timelines.
• Store readiness and handover – Support handover with Retail Operations and store teams, ensuring information and contacts are in place.
• Project governance and reporting – Maintain documentation and provide updates on status, costs, risks and milestones.
• Proactive problem solving – Identify potential issues early and elevate if needed.
• Continuous improvement – Develop templates, checklists and ways of working across Property projects.
