Job summary

The Works Stores Ltd is seeking a Property Projects Coordinator to support change across our store estate. You will coordinate new stores, refits, relocations and closures, ensuring plans stay on track with organised trackers and clear communication with stores, contractors and suppliers.

You will work closely with Property project leads to keep actions up-to-date, manage cost trackers, quotes and purchase orders, and help deliver safe, well-equipped stores.

Qualifications

• Extensive organisation and planning experience.
• Experience coordinating stores, suppliers and contractors.
• Comfort with cost trackers and invoices.
• Experience supporting multi-site store projects.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project plans, trackers, milestones and actions.
• Coordinate stores, internal teams, contractors and suppliers.
• Track costs, quotes, purchase orders and invoices.
• Order and track fixtures, equipment and signage.
• Support store readiness and handover activities.
• Provide timely project governance updates.
• Identify delays or risks and escalate.
• Develop templates and processes to improve delivery.
