Taymouth Castle is seeking an experienced Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team across the estate, ensuring all Planned Preventative Maintenance tasks are completed on time and to standard. The role covers multiple sites, including guest homes and staff housing, with on‑call responsibilities for faults or emergencies.

You will manage work requests, coordinate shutdowns of utilities when needed, and use Workday for scheduling and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising teams in a facilities/maintenance environment.
• Knowledge of UK regulations and standards for building services.
• Strong leadership, planning and diagnostic skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate preventive maintenance and corrective tasks across the estate.
• Manage on-call and emergency maintenance as required.
• Plan daily workload, prioritize tasks, and allocate resources.
• Supervise staff, coach teams, and ensure compliance with SOPs.
• Liaise with operations and management to ensure safety and reliability.
