Job summary

Student Castle Property Management Services Limited in Plymouth is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to deliver a rolling programme of repairs and routine maintenance across the building. You will manage contractors, carry out minor electrical work, decoration and fabric repairs, and monitor budgets to ensure value and compliance with health and safety standards.

You will work closely with the Property Manager, provide guidance to colleagues, and perform regular checks on M&E equipment,

Qualifications

• Experienced in a multi discipline maintenance environment.
• Ability to perform hands-on maintenance and respond to faults across sites.

Responsibilities

• Fault finding, repair and maintenance across sites accommodation buildings and develop effective and efficient solutions.
• Delivery of maintenance on site and safe testing, operation, and maintenance of plant and equipment.
• Carry out Portable Appliance Testing (if qualified) and liaise with specialists to ensure compliance.
