Job summary

Taymouth Castle Golf & Sport Club is seeking a hands-on Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team across Taymouth Castle Estate, Glenlyon Estate, Moness Resort and Kenmore Village. You will own PPM tasks, fault investigations, and emergency call outs, ensuring safety and service quality for guests and staff.

You will manage daily maintenance work, coordinate resources, and ensure correct SOPs and Work Orders are followed, with on-call responsibilities and travel between assets as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar facilities maintenance supervisor role.
• Experience with Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) tasks and fault rectification.
• Willingness to travel between locations within Taymouth Castle Estate.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, electrical systems, and associated safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead a maintenance team to deliver first-class maintenance and complete all PPM on time.
• Plan daily maintenance tasks and manage reactive, preventative, and project workloads.
• Coordinate work requests, provide clear task descriptions, and prioritize tasks by urgency.
• Oversee on-call responsiveness and safety compliance across sites.
