PSM Recruitment is recruiting for a Sales Negotiator to join an established estate agency in Cheriton, Folkestone. You will register buyers, arrange viewings and negotiate offers while building relationships with clients.

Ideal candidates have sales/customer service experience, excellent communication skills and a proactive, professional approach. A full UK driving licence is essential and the role includes office-based duties with sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Register prospective buyers and understand their property requirements.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings.

• Follow up on enquiries, viewings and potential sales opportunities.
• Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors.
• Assist with progressing property sales through to completion.
• Maintain accurate records and support the day-to-day running of the office.
• Work towards individual and branch sales targets.

Estate Agent Sales Negotiator

Location: Cheriton, Folkestone, Kent

About the Role

PSM Recruitment is recruiting for a Sales Negotiator to join an established estate agency based in Cheriton, Folkestone.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, personable and sales-focused individual who enjoys working with people and has a genuine interest in the property industry.

Previous estate agency experience would be advantageous, although candidates with strong sales and customer service skills will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Register prospective buyers and understand their property requirements.

Working Hours

Five days per week, including Saturdays, with one weekday off.

• Weekdays: 8:30am - 5:30pm
• Saturday: 9:00am - 5:00pm

Salary

£30,000 OTE

Basic salary and commission structure to be confirmed.
