Join Our Dynamic Team as a Sales Negotiator!

Monday - Friday 9am-6pm alternative Saturdays 10am-4pm

£28-£35k + Commission

What You'll Be Doing:

As a Sales Negotiator, you will be at the forefront of our property sales, helping clients find their dream homes and maximising our business potential. Your responsibilities will include:

• Engaging with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.


• Conducting property viewings and showcasing our listings with enthusiasm.


• Negotiating offers and closing deals to achieve the best results for both buyers and sellers.


• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.


• Keeping up-to-date with local market trends and property values.

What We're Looking For:

To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualities:

• Experience: Previous experience in a sales or estate agency role is preferred, but we're also open to enthusiastic newcomers!


• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must! You should be comfortable engaging with clients and negotiating deals.


• Driving licence: A valid driving licence is required, as you will be visiting properties and meeting clients on-site.


• Positive Attitude: A cheerful disposition and a can-do attitude are essential for success in our vibrant team.
