The Property Experts invite experienced estate agents, branch managers, listers and valuers to join a proven franchise model that lets you run your own business with specialist support. Earn £8,400 gross per month (70% of fees) by exchanging three sales a month, based on an average fee of £4,000 per sale.

You'll receive comprehensive training, 400+ on‑demand videos, a branded marketing suite, a CRM and access to major portals.

You're an experienced Branch Manager, Lister or Valuer. You know how to win instructions, skilfully negotiate offers, and get sales over the line. You enjoy the job but not the ceiling on your earnings, daily office commute, and building someone else's business.

Earnings:

Exchange on three sales per month and earn a gross income of £8,400 per month (£100,000 per year). You receive 70% of the fees generated.

Based on each sale exchanging at an average fee of £4,000
