The Property Experts offer a path to run your own property business with comprehensive support and infrastructure. You focus on prospecting, winning instructions and closing sales, while you benefit from a branded platform and coaching.

You will work as an experienced estate professional, earning a share of the fees generated and leveraging market-leading tools and training to grow your personal brand in your area.

Qualifications

• Experience as estate agent, branch manager, lister or valuer or equivalent.
• Proven ability to win instructions and negotiate offers.
• Ability to prospect and win listings to grow the local business.

You're an experienced Branch Manager, Lister or Valuer. You know how to win instructions, skilfully negotiate offers, and get sales over the line. You enjoy the job but not the ceiling on your earnings, daily office commute, and building someone else's business.

What if you could run your own business without the financial pressure of going it alone?

Earnings:

Exchange on three sales per month and earn a gross income of £8,400 per month (£100,000 per year). You receive 70% of the fees generated.

Based on each sale exchanging at an average fee of £4,000
