Job summary

The Property Experts invite seasoned estate professionals to run their own business with full support and infrastructure. Move beyond the ceiling of traditional earnings while focusing on prospecting, winning instructions and selling homes.

You’ll receive a branded, fully supported toolkit: training videos, marketing materials, personal branding, a CRM and access to major portals. Earn 70% of the fees with examples of £4,000 per sale, averaging £8,400 gross per month when three sales occur

You're an experienced Branch Manager, Lister or Valuer. You know how to win instructions, skilfully negotiate offers, and get sales over the line. You enjoy the job but not the ceiling on your earnings, daily office commute, and building someone else's business.

Earnings:

Exchange on three sales per month and earn a gross income of £8,400 per month (£100,000 per year). You receive 70% of the fees generated.

Based on each sale exchanging at an average fee of £4,000

Suitable candidate:
