The Property Experts invites experienced estate professionals to run their own agency-style business in the UK. You lead from the front, win instructions, negotiate offers, and drive sales to completion while building your personal brand.

You’ll be supported with training, marketing materials, branded assets, and access to industry platforms to maximise productivity and growth.

Love estate agency but ready to do it on your terms?

You're an experienced Branch Manager, Lister or Valuer. You know how to win instructions, skilfully negotiate offers, and get sales over the line. You enjoy the job but not the ceiling on your earnings, daily office commute, and building someone else's business.

What if you could run your own business without the financial pressure of going it alone?

Earnings:

Exchange on three sales per month and earn a gross income of £8,400 per month (£100,000 per year). You receive 70% of the fees generated.

Based on each sale exchanging at an average fee of £4,000

Suitable candidate:

Experienced Estate Agent, Branch Manager, Lister, Valuer, Sales Manager or equivalent property related experience
