The Property Experts invite experienced estate professionals to run their own business with full support and infrastructure to build your personal brand and client base.

You will focus on winning instructions, negotiating offers and driving sales while keeping your earnings at 70% of the fees you generate, with a typical three sales per month generating about £8,400 gross per month. The company provides training, marketing materials, branding, and a dedicated support team.

You're an experienced Branch Manager, Lister or Valuer. You know how to win instructions, skilfully negotiate offers, and get sales over the line. You enjoy the job but not the ceiling on your earnings, daily office commute, and building someone else's business.

Earnings:

Exchange on three sales per month and earn a gross income of £8,400 per month (£100,000 per year). You receive 70% of the fees generated.

Based on each sale exchanging at an average fee of £4,000
