Job summary

The Property Experts offer you a path to run your own property business with the backing of a well-established group. You’ll win instructions, negotiate offers, and move deals through to completion while benefiting from professional tools, marketing support, and a marketing-driven personal brand.

You’ll earn 70% of the fees generated, with a gross monthly income target of £8,400 (£100,000 per year) based on three sales per month, using an average fee of £4,000 per sale.

Qualifications

• Experienced Estate Agent, Branch Manager, Lister, Valuer, Sales Manager or equivalent property related experience.
• Ability to win instructions, skilfully negotiate offers and close sales.
