Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related field.
2+ years of relevant industry experience in battery pack assembly engineering.
Experience programming industrial robots.
Proficient in CAD software (CATIA, NX, SolidWorks, or similar).
Excellent verbal and written communication with multidisciplinary teams.
Self-driven with ability to lead projects independently.
Experience in automotive, aerospace, motorsport, or high-performance sectors is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead design and optimization of manufacturing processes for Energy Store (ES) and Energy Store Main Enclosure (ESME).
Design and analyze production processes to ensure personnel safety.
Develop in-process and end-of-line quality procedures with the Quality Department.
Contribute to the design process to achieve Built-In Quality.
Conduct root cause analysis and document learnings across the build.
Create and maintain manufacturing operation work instructions.
Communicate assembly process developments clearly to teams.
Ensure safety, quality, and operational standards with managers and safety supervisors.
