Job summary

Praxis is seeking a proactive Building / Estates Manager for Limelight in Borehamwood. You will own on-site operations across three interconnected buildings, ensuring safety, high maintenance standards and a top-tier tenant experience.

You’ll drive ESG and sustainability initiatives, coordinate contractors, manage records and support tenant events, with a hands-on, ownership mindset. The role is fully site-based, with salary DOE and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience in building management, facilities or front-of-house operational environments.
• Experience coordinating contractors and site activity.
• Good awareness of health & safety and compliance.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.
• Ownership mentality—able to resolve issues quickly and take accountability.

Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day building operations, inspections and maintenance.
• Building strong relationships with tenants and responding to queries.
• Coordinating and challenging contractors to maintain high standards.
• Supporting health, safety and statutory compliance.
• Identifying defects, risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinating works, projects, access and contractor activity.
• Maintaining accurate site records and reporting.
• Supporting tenant events, communications and occupier initiatives.
