Job summary

INSPIRED Pet Nutrition is seeking an Environment, Sustainability Governance (ESG) Coordinator to join our offices in Crick (Northampton) or Thirsk (North Yorkshire). The role manages ESG reporting obligations across the group, coordinating data from multiple sites, maintaining the ESG repository and delivering accurate, timely outputs to customers, regulators and shareholders.

You will oversee data collection, validation, and continuous improvement of reporting systems, liaising with retailers

Qualifications

Advanced practical Excel with structured tables, lookups and pivots.
Ability to design and maintain a structured ESG dataset from scratch.
Comfortable handling large, multi-source datasets for reporting.

Responsibilities

Maintain a single, structured ESG data repository with version control and audit trails.
Coordinate data collection across functions and sites for accurate reporting.
Own ESG reporting calendar and deliver reports, dashboards and KPI packs on time.
Validate submissions with checks and support external verifications and audits.
Coordinate sustainability projects and ensure timely input from stakeholders.
Liaise with retailers, regulators and ESG bodies to monitor reporting changes.
