Job summary

Seeds Renewables is looking for an Environmental Reporting Advisor to manage group-wide data collection systems and ensure compliance with emerging ESG legislation. The role involves data analysis, supporting the Board with performance insights, and mentoring students. Strong analytical skills and a passion for sustainability are essential. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract based in Windsor, with opportunities to commute to other locations including Reading and London.

Qualifications

• Experience of greenhouse gas accounting and understanding of environmental impacts.
• Strong data analysis, interpretation, and problem-solving skills.
• A genuine passion for the environment and sustainability.
• Confidence using MS Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and administer our group-wide environmental data collection systems.
• Lead routine data reviews and quality checks.
• Contribute to high-profile external disclosures.
• Recruit and manage Year-in-Industry students.
• Partner with business units to deliver environmental performance plans.
