Job summary

Fullers Foods is seeking a Sustainability Coordinator to drive ESG initiatives across environmental and social workstreams. You will coordinate projects, collect data and support reporting with internal teams and external partners.

Working with the ESG Manager, you will embed sustainability into day-to-day operations, track progress against targets and ensure compliance with customer requirements and regulatory obligations.

Qualifications

• Experience and understanding of ESG reporting and sustainability data handling.
• Ability to coordinate sustainability projects with cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to data accuracy and reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support development and delivery of sustainability initiatives aligned to ESG strategy.
• Coordinate sustainability projects across environmental and social workstreams, ensuring milestones are tracked and delivered.
• Lead data collection for environmental reporting from internal teams and external suppliers.
