Job summary

Allen & York are recruiting an ESG Performance Executive for their Sustainability Corporate Affairs Team in Bedfordshire. You will strengthen sustainability reporting, track decarbonisation progress and support Net Zero ambitions, collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

The role manages ESG and non-financial data, ensures accuracy and timeliness for governance, board updates and stakeholder communications, and helps develop automated dashboards and reporting tools while keeping

Qualifications

• At least two years experience in data management, performance reporting or analytical roles within an operational environment.
• Advanced Excel capabilities and experience working with large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Monitor progress against sustainability commitments and decarbonisation targets; produce monthly, quarterly and annual performance reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support climate change adaptation reporting and strategy, collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
• Develop automated reporting processes, dashboards and performance tools; stay updated on ESG regulations and frameworks (GRESB, ISO, GHG Protocol, TCFD, GRI, SBTi).
