Job summary

Otis is seeking an experienced escalator call out and repair engineer to join the London Underground team, ensuring passenger safety while maintaining a portfolio of escalator units. You will respond to breakdowns, perform repairs, and coordinate with customers on site.

The role requires NVQ Level 3 in Escalator Engineering, extensive knowledge of various brands, a valid UK driving license, and a flexible approach with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• You will be qualified to at least NVQ Level 3 in Escalator Engineering with significant experience in service and maintenance of escalators.
• You must be an experienced escalator engineer with in-depth knowledge of a variety of different brands of equipment.
• Hold a valid UK drivers license
• Flexibility is important and overtime may be required
• You have good skills in mechanical and electrical engineering
• You are a committed professional, with safety as your priority
• You are comfortable communicating to others
• You are curious, adaptable, and you know how to work alone or in a team
• You are comfortable using electronic and digital tools.
