Capgemini Invent is seeking an ERP Adoption Consultant to lead global ERP adoption and transformation initiatives across finance, HR, and supply chain. You will design user-focused training, enablement models, and engagement plans to ensure successful adoption of ERP platforms like SAP, Oracle, and Workday.

The role requires strong governance and risk management, experience with agile/hybrid delivery, and the ability to drive behavioural change through iterative rollouts and large-scale

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Workday) and their integration within GBS frameworks.
• Experience with digital adoption platforms and enablement tools.
• Skilled in designing user-focused training and support models.
