Job summary

You will guide design, implementation, and value realisation, while coaching teams within a matrix organisation.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in ERP-led transformation across platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday).
• Strong analytical and solutions design skills; able to translate client needs into actionable requirements.
• Credible communicator with senior stakeholders; skilled in workshops and decision guidance.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP transformation programmes, shaping strategy, scope, design and delivery.
• Translate client needs into process, data, and system requirements with ERP alignment.
• Advise senior stakeholders on platform strategy, change impacts, and value realisation.
• Oversee multi-disciplinary delivery teams with governance, risk and quality assurance.
