Job summary

Capgemini Invent in the UK is seeking a Senior Consultant to guide global organisations through Shared Services adoption, optimization, and AI-driven process transformation, with a focus on ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle and Workday.

You will partner with clients to assess capabilities, design future-state operating models, and deliver scalable, intelligent solutions across finance, HR, and supply chain, contributing to governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of ERP platforms and their integration within GBS frameworks.
• Ability to translate technical capabilities into clear business value.
• Experience with digital adoption platforms and enablement tools.
• Skilled in designing user-focused training and support models.
• Proven ability to drive sustained behavioural change and system utilization.

Responsibilities

• Support ERP transformation and adoption in Global Business Services (GBS) frameworks.
• Drive readiness across large-scale ERP implementations (SAP, Oracle, Workday).
• Design stakeholder engagement, communication, and learning strategies for successful adoption.
• Develop user-centric training and enablement models to enhance system usage.
• Manage iterative rollouts, pilots, and phased adoption plans with governance and risk oversight.
